* No unweaned babies will be sold.

* No tiel(s) will be held without the required non-refundable 25% deposit. This deposit must be received within 7 days of the tiel(s) being reserved by the Buyer. If deposit is not received within the 7 days time, then they will be placed back up for sale. The required deposit amount does not encompass any shipping costs (Which are to be paid by the Buyer).

* If tiels are to be held for more then the normal one month hold time (This time frame must be agreed upon by both Buyer and Seller at time of sale), then a payment must be paid no more then 30 days after the initial deposit was received. If the payment is not made, then the tiels will be considered available and will be placed back up for sale and any monies paid will not be refunded.

* Deposit and/or any monies paid on tiels will only be refunded if tiels are undeliverable on Seller's side, not Buyer's.

* If at any time during the sale, the Buyer cancels his/her order, any monies already paid will not be refunded to the Buyer.

* Deposit/Payments can be made by way of money orders, credit cards (Through PayPal only), cash (Hand delivered) or checks. However, checks must clear my bank before tiels can be shipped, delivered or picked up. If a check is returned, there will be a $25.00 return check fee charged.

* All tiels are to be paid in full before delivery is made or at time of delivery if Buyer is picking them up or they are being delivered in person. If tiels are to be picked up and money is still due, then only cash will be accepted. No exceptions!

*Tiels directly acquired from Feathers Up Aviary: Buyer will receive 2 pedigrees per tiel. One pedigree by e.mail. And, one pedigree by postal mail or hand given to Buyer. Upon receipt of both pedigrees, any requests for replacement of lost pedigrees will cost $5.00 per pedigree.

*Tiels acquired from someone other then Feathers Up Aviary: Each pedigree will cost $5.00. They/It will be both e.mailed and postal mailed.

I hold tiels for a maximum of 1 month after receipt of deposit. However, if they are babies still being handfed, I will hold them for 2 weeks after they have been weaned (Most wean around 8-9 weeks, but some sooner and some take longer. Buyer will be informed as soon as tiel babies are weaned.). Also, if 1 or more tiels are bought during this one-month hold time, I will extend the hold time an additional 2 weeks so long as a payment to include the new tiels is made within 7 days of agreement to buy the new tiel.

If tiel(s) are not shipped/delivered or picked up by the final hold date, then a $1.00 per day per tiel Care & Keep fee will be charged beginning the day the hold date ends till they are shipped/delivered or picked up. This charge must be paid in full before buyer can receive their tiel(s). However, if tiel(s) is/are not picked up for 2 weeks after the hold date expires, they will be placed back up for sale and no monies will be refunded. There are always exceptions to any of these, but that must be agreed upon before sale is final.
